We accept multiple payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available on select orders.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above the minimum value mentioned on our website. For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee may apply.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may raise a return or replacement request after receiving the order, if eligible.

Currently, we ship only within India. We are working to expand our services internationally soon.
