1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (hygiene, cosmetics, and personal care), we only accept returns under specific conditions.
A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and tags intact.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include:

  • Products that have been used or partially consumed.

  • Products purchased during promotional sales or marked as non-returnable or final sale.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper storage, or negligence.
