All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
We process and dispatch all orders during working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after working hours will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations
Currently, Glorica Hygiene Private Limited ships products only within India. We deliver to most locations across major cities, towns, and rural areas through our trusted courier partners.
If your area is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will inform you via email or phone and assist in finding the best possible solution.

You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

6. Delivery Policy

Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver the package. If the order is undelivered after multiple attempts due to the customer’s unavailability or wrong address, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
